What does LJ App Solutions build?

Custom business systems: software that runs workflows for your team or customers; Connector MCP servers so agents can use your data safely; plus marketing sites and senior consulting quoted time & materials. Fixed packages cover Pilot (up to three workflows), Product (up to six), Platform (up to ten), and Connector (up to eight MCP tools over one source).

A workflow is one role getting one result end to end: the screens, steps, and usual edge cases for that path. You should be able to finish the sentence “When ___ does ___, the system ___.” Sign-in and admin are shared foundation. Stuffing many features onto one page does not make them one workflow.

Connector is a fixed-price MCP server build for teams that rely on Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT and need agents to use one data source (an API, Google Sheets, PDFs, tickets, and similar) without a new website or portal. Scope is counted in tools over that source: “When the agent needs to ___, it calls ___ and gets ___.” Up to eight tools over one source, with auth, audit logging, deploy on infra you own, and a runbook. Extra sources are an add-on; customer-facing multi-tenant MCP is a custom quote.

A tool is one named action an agent can take against a source: fixed inputs, a clear return shape, and an explicit permission. “Search orders,” “get order by id,” and “create a draft note” are three tools. “Connect everything we have” is not a tool; it is several tools and often several sources. Auth, logging, and deploy count once for the Connector package.

What counts as a source?

A source is one place your agents need data from: a single API or database, a Google Sheet (or set of sheets treated as one workbook), a document collection you process (PDFs, exports), or a SaaS account with one credential boundary. Two CRMs, or a CRM plus a separate sheet warehouse, are two sources.

Consulting is senior engineering time & materials after a short discovery call and written estimate. Focus areas include AWS environment hardening, SOC 2 technical readiness and technical audit support, AI and coding-agent assessments, architecture and delivery reviews for existing products, and cloud cost and observability passes on AWS you already run. It is not a fixed product build (use Pilot or Connector for that) and we are not your auditor of record for formal certification.

How does payment work?

For fixed packages (systems and Connector): 10% non-refundable starts a one-week validation build, 60% is due before the main build continues, and 30% is due after final review. Nothing goes public until 100% is paid. Marketing sites and consulting are time & materials against a written estimate. Change orders are agreed in writing before work.

Who owns the code and infrastructure?

You do. Source, repositories, and cloud accounts are yours. We prefer deploying into an AWS account you own. Optional care plans keep systems and MCP servers healthy during business hours; your cloud bill stays separate.
