What does LJ App Solutions build?

Custom business systems: software that runs workflows for your team or customers; Connector MCP servers so agents can use your data safely; plus marketing sites and senior consulting quoted time & materials. Fixed packages cover Pilot (up to three workflows), Product (up to six), Platform (up to ten), and Connector (up to eight MCP tools over one source).

A workflow is one role getting one result end to end: the screens, steps, and usual edge cases for that path. You should be able to finish the sentence “When ___ does ___, the system ___.” Sign-in and admin are shared foundation. Stuffing many features onto one page does not make them one workflow.

Connector is a fixed-price MCP server build for teams that rely on Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT and need agents to use one data source (an API, Google Sheets, PDFs, tickets, and similar) without a new website or portal. Scope is counted in tools over that source: “When the agent needs to ___, it calls ___ and gets ___.” Up to eight tools over one source, with auth, audit logging, deploy on infra you own, and a runbook. Extra sources are an add-on; customer-facing multi-tenant MCP is a custom quote.

A tool is one named action an agent can take against a source: fixed inputs, a clear return shape, and an explicit permission. “Search orders,” “get order by id,” and “create a draft note” are three tools. “Connect everything we have” is not a tool; it is several tools and often several sources. Auth, logging, and deploy count once for the Connector package.

What counts as a source?

A source is one place your agents need data from: a single API or database, a Google Sheet (or set of sheets treated as one workbook), a document collection you process (PDFs, exports), or a SaaS account with one credential boundary. Two CRMs, or a CRM plus a separate sheet warehouse, are two sources.

Consulting is senior engineering time & materials after a short discovery call and written estimate. Focus areas include AWS environment hardening, SOC 2 technical readiness and technical audit support, AI and coding-agent assessments, architecture and delivery reviews for existing products, and cloud cost and observability passes on AWS you already run. It is not a fixed product build (use Pilot or Connector for that) and we are not your auditor of record for formal certification.

How does payment work?

For fixed packages (systems and Connector): 10% non-refundable starts a one-week validation build, 60% is due before the main build continues, and 30% is due after final review. Nothing goes public until 100% is paid. Marketing sites and consulting are time & materials against a written estimate. Change orders are agreed in writing before work.

Who owns the code and infrastructure?

You do. Source, repositories, and cloud accounts are yours. We prefer deploying into an AWS account you own. Optional care plans keep systems and MCP servers healthy during business hours; your cloud bill stays separate.

Information we collect

Contact and booking details you submit on our scope-call form or by email: name, email address, company, package interest, descriptions of the work you want built, and any notes you include.
Scheduling details such as the time slot you select for a call.
Technical data that is typically collected by our hosting provider when you browse the site (for example IP address, browser type, and request logs used for security and reliability).

We do not require website visitors to sign in with Google. Scope call booking does not ask you to grant our application access to your Google account.

Google user data we access

To offer online booking, an authorized LJ App Solutions operator connects our own Google Calendar account to this website through Google’s OAuth consent flow. In that configuration, our application may access Google user data associated with that operator calendar, including:

Calendar free/busy availability (to show open scope-call slots)
Calendar event create and update capabilities (to place the booked call on the calendar and send calendar invitations)
Basic account identifiers needed to keep that OAuth connection working (such as tokens stored as server secrets)

When you book a call, information you provide (such as your name, email, company, and project notes) may be written into the calendar event description and shared with event attendees through Google Calendar.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

Operate and improve this website
Schedule and run scope calls
Respond to inquiries and prepare proposals or statements of work
Provide and improve booking functionality, including reading availability and creating calendar events on the connected Google Calendar
Protect against abuse and maintain security

We use Google user data only to provide or improve these user-facing features of LJ App Solutions. We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, sell it to data brokers, or use it to train non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as needed to provide our services, including:

Google, when creating or updating calendar events and sending invitations through Google Calendar
Infrastructure providers that host this website and process server logs (for example our cloud hosting)
Professional advisors or contractors bound to confidentiality, when needed to deliver work you requested
Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and safety

We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising, data brokerage, credit decisions, or training generalized AI/ML models.

Storage and security

Booking form submissions are processed by our servers to create calendar events. OAuth credentials (client secrets and refresh tokens) are stored as server-side environment secrets and are not exposed in the public website. We use industry-standard protections appropriate to a small software business, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and restricted access to production secrets. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to protect the confidentiality of the data we handle.

Retention and deletion

We retain inquiry and booking-related information for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Calendar events remain in the connected Google Calendar until deleted there according to that account’s settings or by us in the ordinary course of managing schedules.

You may request deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@ljappsolutions.com. We will delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for the purposes above, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. If you need a calendar invite removed, tell us and we will remove or update the related event where we control it.

Your choices

You can email us instead of using the online booking form.
You can ask us to correct or delete information you submitted.
The Google account owner who authorized Calendar access can revoke that access at any time in their Google Account permissions settings; doing so will disable online booking until reconnecting.

Children

This website and our services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. If we materially change how we use Google user data, we will update this page accordingly.
